> Bedroom 1: Is what you will see upon entering the unit. It has 1 double-sized bed and SMART TV facing the bed.

- Bedroom 2: Double-sized bed & 1 single bed, aircon and wardrobe. This room will only be accessible for bookings with 4 or more adult guests.

> Light cooking is allowed, and basic dining utensils are provided.

> Includes small electric stove, 1 pan, mini refrigerator, electric water kettle, microwave, oven toaster and rice cooker.

- Guests may use the bathroom sink to wash utensils.

> Starter Toiletries: One (1) sachet each of soap, shampoo, and tissue, as well as a small tube of toothpaste.

> Clothes Iron: Available upon request.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

> ID Requirement: Upon booking, EACH GUEST must provide a valid government-issued ID (local guests) or a copy of their passport (foreigners). Only the guest who booked the unit needs to fill out our online travel and health declaration form.

> Infant Proof of Age: Infants must provide proof of age (birth certificate, baptismal certificate, or passport). If unable to provide, they will be counted in the headcount and a fee will apply.

GUEST LIMITS:

> Up to 2 guests: Only Bedroom 1 will be open.

> 3 guests: Only Bedroom 1 will be open with an additional 1 single floor mattress, 1 pillow and 1 blanket.

>4-5 guests: Both Bedroom 1 & 2 will be open.

> 6+ guests: Both Bedroom 1 & 2 will be open with an additional 1 queen floor mattress, 2-3 pillows and 1 blanket. Guests can bring their own mattress, pillows, and blankets if needed.

REMINDERS:

NO visitors allowed. NO third-party booking allowed. Please READ house rules to ensure we are good fit on your stay BEFORE booking.

Guests cannot be added for a specific night only. All additional guests must be included for the entire duration of the booking, regardless of whether they stay overnight or not with a fee.

Please treat it as your personal home and to maintain our low pricing, please conserve electricity, water and maintain the cleanliness.

> Usage: Connect via Bluetooth to your personal device and stream your favorite karaoke playlist on YouTube. Usage is allowed until 10:00 PM and can resume at 7:00 AM the next day. Return time is 10:00 AM. Must be used inside the unit only.
> Security Deposit: ₱1,000. Additional microphone: ₱150.
> Contract: Provided upon check-in.
> Availability: Subject to availability. Inform your host BEFORE booking to ensure availability.
