„Hotel posizionato vicino all'aeroporto, in una zona che non offre molto, caotica e vicina ad un centro commerciale immenso raggiungibile a piedi. Odore di chiuso ( non ci sono finestre apribili) e qualche traccia di umidità proveniente dal bagno. Pulizia sufficiente, materassi e cuscini molto comodi. Staff cordiale“

„The hotel is comfortable, the reception worked very professional and gave me an upgrade, so enjoyed the room until 11pm. Due to the club I could not sleep until 4am. You could feel the sound from basement. Very tired I couln't enjoy the very good breakfast. The spa is also very nice and the serious massage was nice in a realxing atmosphere.The hotel is connected with the shopping mall, so I enjoyed shopping and the way to the airport is only less than twenty minutes. „ビジネスホテル。デザイナーズ風の建物・作りとスタッフの制服、スタッフの対応・接遇もシンプル・簡素で、笑顔もほとんどありません。なおかつ、アメニティーも、タオルはバスタブも無いのに、バスタオルだけ、ハンドもフェイスも無いので、洗面は、大変です(笑) 連泊するとお願いしても歯ブラシの交換はありません(たまたま、忘れたのかと…) PS,アルコール類は、たいへん高いです“

„Very accommodating and friendly staff. Nice facilities with an infinity pool overlooking the water. Tasty food in the breakfast buffet. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to anyone traveling in the area.“

„The staff was excellent. The facility needs a lot of work. This is directly attributable to the ownership. Previous guests are not held accountable for damages they cause. Plumbing needs a complete overhaul…most importantly. Wifi is absolutely terrible. The rest is okay and can wait for the others to get fixed for now. An upgrade on the rooms looks way past due. Again, the staff is excellent and does the best it can with what it has to work with.“

„it was only a smoking room available with a queenbed and it smelled sooo ugly that we needed to change to a smaller room with two single bed. the breakfast was almost empty, they didn’t refill and some guest didn’t got any food. (still 1 hour before finish) it’s a disappointing experience but the hotel itself could be not bad if they treat everything a bit better and with more heart.“
