Gerardo, de la réception, m'attendait avec ma chemise lavée et repassée à minuit, debout à l'entrée de l'hôtel !!!!! Wow !!!!! Le jardin, le restaurant, la terrasse, la piscine (avec plusieurs jacuzzis) sont tellement bien entretenus que tout paraît neuf. Le restaurant offre des plats de très belle facture. „Ich und meine Schwester waren sehr entäuscht über underen 2 Wöchigen Aufenthalt im 4 Stern Albergo Palazzo. - Dusche kann nur ganz kalt bedient werden (es gibt auch kein Lauwarm) - Balkontüren werden bei 35 Grad von Putzpersonal offengelassen - Klimaanlage läuft 24/7, keine Möglichkeit diese auszuschalten - an manchen Tagen riecht die Luft aus der Klimaanlage nach Fäkalien, einmal hat das komplette Hotel danach gerochen - Wc Schüssel läuft unten am Boden aus - leider ist das Personal auch nicht ...
