The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Mandelieu-la-Napoule, this charming air-conditioned apartment, with swimming pool, of a surface of 74 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 21 m², equipped kitchen, and a nice bedroom. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A living room of 21 m² with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a closet/dressing room with access to the west terrace through a French window and a shower room with an Italian shower.
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort : high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

Outside :

- Three beautiful swimming pools in a residence of eight hectares with trees, landscaped, open and unheated from April to the end of October
- A western terrace 11 m², view on the Capitou hill without opposite

The apartment is ideally located in Mandelieu-la-Napoule, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Mandelieu-La Napoule is a seaside resort on the French Riviera, an ideal destination for families or friends, with the program beach, swimming, sports (climbing, golf, canyoning, hiking, parachuting, fishing ...), relaxation, visits (the castle of La Napoule, the villa "Le Logis d'Azur"...), water games (water scooters, diving, sailing, water skiing, kite surfing...), boat trips (the Esterel creeks...), Barbossi Golf Riviera and many other activities.
- Gastronomic heritage : the olive of Nice, the honey of Provence, the tropézienne pie, the lemon of Menton, the Niçoise salad...
- Events : Robinson's nights in summer, traditional spring festivals, the mimosa festival, wine fair...

Transportation :
- You will be able to park directly in the numbered and secured outdoor private parking on request and made available with a participation of management fees at 35 euros per week.
- Nearest train station: Cannes train station at 8,5 km (20min by car)
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur airport at 30,5 km (24min by car)
- Bus : In July and August, free public transport to the sea every 15 minutes.

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability. A flat-rate supplement may be charged: €25 for arrivals after 8pm and departures before 8am.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are not contractual.
