Welcome to Mandelieu, our apartment is located in a magnificent estate overlooking the Bay of Cannes, a private, wooded, secure domain with a receptionist at the entrance. Within the estate, you will find a large communal pool, secured with a panoramic view of the sea, as well as two large clay tennis courts. But the estate doesn't stop there! You will have private access to hiking trails just meters from the building.

The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a foldable single bed with a television, a dressing room, a storage chest, and a French door leading to the terrace. A spacious living-dining room opening onto a terrace with a comfortable sofa and a television. An open-plan kitchen fully equipped. A terrace with a dining table.

The Domaine de Bellevue in Mandelieu enjoys a privileged location, nestled in the heart of the magnificent region of the French Riviera. Surrounded by lush nature and breathtaking landscapes, this estate offers a true haven for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The hiking trails adjacent to the estate are among its most appreciated highlights. These paths wind through green hills and offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. Whether you are a beginner or experienced hiker, these diverse trails will allow you to discover the natural beauty of the region at your own pace.

You will be just minutes away from the Old Course Golf in Mandelieu offering magnificent courses, 10 minutes from Cannes, 30 minutes from Nice Airport, and 1 hour from Saint-Tropez. For parking, you will have a parking space in the building's garage as well as visitor parking spaces a few meters from the building.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Check-in will be at 4:00 PM at the property address.

Additional Fees:
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more; it will be optional for stays of less than 6 nights and upon request. An additional payment may be requested for the tourist tax depending on the chosen booking platform.

Services:
To facilitate your arrival, check-in will be online via a link that we will send you once the booking is confirmed. After that, you will have access to a digital welcome booklet available throughout your stay. You will find all the information related to the check-in procedure, property operation, good addresses, and more.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit in the form of an online bank authorization may be requested at the time of booking depending on the platform through which you choose to book our accommodation.
