„The cabin was perfect for my spouse, 17 yo daughter and dog. I loved reading next to the river and having space for my dog to play. The garage door wall of the kitchen opened up the space more and was great having all the fresh air. Kitchen was just right, the bedrooms and beds comfy too! We came up for a wedding and to detress without the fuss and this was a perfect spot. Town was a couple minutes away. Thank you for sharing your space with us!“

„The property is in a great location next to the Florida River just steps from the patio. The property was clean with nice amenities inside, however the outside needs cleaning. IE, power washing the patio because of the cob webs and bird droppings. Landscaping was not maintained and was over grown. Cell phone coverage was non existent which wouldn’t have been a problem but the house phone and WiFi were also not working. „Beautiful retreat in the forest. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The bed was very nice and the wood stove was an extra added bonus for morning yoga! There’s a front and back porch and birdsong all day long. Terry was available on the property but gave us privacy. Do yourself a favor and grab a burger at the Jane’s Ranch Grill (it’s the same family’s business). GOAT burgers!!!“

„This property was located perfectly for day excursions to Mesa Verde and Durango. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Very comfortable furnishings. My only suggestion would be to install screens on the windows and doors. We couldn’t open them at certain times of day due to the bugs.“

„My wife and I had a awesome time. Martha was so gracious and has appointed her home with everything guests could possibly want during their stay. The location was perfect! Home exceptionally clean! We will definitely return the next time we visit either Durango or Purgatory to ski!!“

„Property was very close to Delores with a remote wilderness feel. Saw lots of deer and horses. Only about 20 min. to Mesa Verde National Park. The only drawback was the sulfur smell from the hot water. We had a great stay.“

„This was the perfect little cabin for us and the hosts were so nice! We were visiting our son in Dolores and Wendy and Paul have a spot that is like home away from home, which made it so nice to be able to have some great family time with our son. The outdoor seating area was perfect for evening gathering and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets!! Highly, highly recommend!!“

„A group of us were in town dealing with a family emergency and we are so grateful to have been together in such a beautiful, calm and well-appointed house. „We often have trouble finding places with enough bed space when traveling, not here, sore than enough room, all in comfortable beds. All TV’s and appliance clean and working, including BbQ grill on patio. The property is about 10 mins. from Durango and shopping, but we found that a plus. Quiet property on ranch land and we watched deer grazing in the pastures around us while we enjoyed the hot tub. Game room is a plus especially with teens along. We would definitely stay again.“

„We came for a cycling event in Durango. The place was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked and included coffee. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. We had access to the pool and hot tub.
