We’re so happy to have you stay with us! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:

1. Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM
• Check-out is by 11:00 AM

2. No Smoking Indoors
• We kindly ask that you don’t smoke inside the home.
• You’re welcome to smoke outside—just please be mindful and use the ashtrays provided.

3. No Parties or Events
• We love a good celebration, but out of respect for our neighbours, we don’t allow parties or events.
• Quiet get-togethers are fine, just keep things relaxed and respectful.

4. Quiet Hours
• Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00PM and 8:00 AM.
• We want everyone (including our neighbors) to enjoy a peaceful night’s rest.

5. Guests Only
• The space is for registered guests only.
• If you’d like to have a visitor, just let us know in advance.

6. Keep It Clean
• We ask that you treat the home with care.
• Before check-out, please tidy up a bit—take out the trash, wash used dishes, and leave things as you found them.

7. Safety First
• Please remember to lock up when you head out.
• For everyone’s safety, please don’t tamper with smoke detectors or any security features.

8. Enjoy the Amenities
• Feel free to use everything the space has to offer—just follow any posted instructions and treat things with care.
