1single, 1double and 1king size rooms Female, Family and couple-close on foot

They will 3 rooms : 1 single, 1 double with Netflix and 1 king size with Netflix with shared bathroom. All the basic facilities you need: small kitchen with a kettle, tea and coffee + ustensiles and pans.
Washing machine and dryer machine.Large living/ dining room with large TV Netflix and sound roofer. 2 Bedrooms with TV and Netflix and Wifi. A double bed and a king size bed+black out curtain. The single room is very cosy. Small under counter Fridge freezer. Plenty of storage in the room - iron and ironboard available on demande. Back garden with small table and chairs to relax and area to smoke or do a BBQ. Possibility to park your car for free and Walk to the City centre Manchester City centre or railway stations. Airport is about 30 minutes by car or 15/20 minutes from the station.Good public transports and late in the evening or night time. Female will feel safe to walk around at night time. Family with children are welcome. Sadly I cannot accommodate a wheelchair person due to the stairs and all rooms upstairs. Couple are welcome. Family with young children are welcome but you need to make sure you have a cot for younger one to feel safe .Flexible on the booking but make sure to let me know about 4 hours in advance if your plan has changed or any delay of your plane. Feel free to share my tea and coffee or any biscuits or cake you could find in the Kitchen or in the cupboard. You can cook if you wish and use any food you find in the kitchen or in the fridge/freezer. Do not be afraid of having a glass of wine if you a bottle of wine. Relax and just enjoy life and your stay at my house. All I want is a respect of the place.
