Stone Gate 1: Pet Friendly, Beautiful Home, on Sierra Star Golf Course

Beautiful Pet Friendly two story house plus loft with an open floor plan and high ceilings. Sleeps up to 12 people. Enter the house on the ground level from the 2 car garage or grand front door. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, sleeping den and laundry room. One bedroom downstairs has a cozy queen size bed, smart TV and ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom downstairs has a Bunkbed with a Full on Bottom and Twin on top, a Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. A sleeping den is located outside the two downstairs bedrooms and has a bunkbed with a Queen on Bottom and Twin on Top. The bottom of the bunkbed folds to be a couch so you can sit and watch TV on the large SmartTV in the room. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, sink and plenty of storage if needed. Take the beautiful staircase to the second floor where you will find the open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom and bathroom and fourth bathroom are also located on the second floor. The living room features a stone fireplace with a gas fire. Large Smart TV, comfortable couch as access to the outside deck with a view of Hole 10 on Sierra Star Golf Course, a BBQ and nice seating to enjoy the peace and quiet. The Gourmet Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to enjoy cooking for the whole family or simply opening a bottle of wine. The dining room has seating for 10 guests and 4 more guests can sit at the Kitchen bar. The oversized Master Bedroom has a luxurious King Size bed, Smart TV gas fireplace, large ensuite Bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. There is a desk available if you need a quite place to work and a walk-in closet. Just outside the Master Bedroom is the Fourth bathroom. There are stairs that lead the loft space just above the kitchen. There is a comfortable queen size bed and a game table in the loft. The loft is a great place to hang out and watch TV on the Smart TV, play games or enjoy a cozy place to read. This spectacular home is close to all Mammoth has to offer including walking distance The Village with access to the ski area, shops and restaurants. A close drive to the Lakes Basin, Sierra Star Golf Course, Snowcreek Golf Course and much more. Bring the whole family or all your friends and enjoy a relaxing and luxurious vacation. Winter Wonderland

Our family of 10 (spanning 4 generations) stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend. The home was just perfect for us. Cozy, clean, warm. We had amazing views of the 3 feet of snow that fell the days prior. And everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving feast was found in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this home to anyone considering a stay in Mammoth. The location can't be beat. The hosts were friendly and attentive and and we could not have been happier.

Wonderful family time

Upon arrival, cleaning team was busy finishing up at 4:20! Unit was large far a family of 10. All the beds were comfortable except the futon! The futon is equal to an inmates bed! Had to sleep on the couch. The bathrooms were great, especially the master's. The kitchen was very functional and we were able to have two cooks in the kitchen simultaneously. The garage was large and functional too. The only negative was the patio furniture. One cushion had bird poop and the rest were sprinkled with pine needles and dirt. The BBQ functioned excellently. The location was perfect for Mammoth; walk to the village, biking, and close to the lakes and trails! I would definitely return to this unit!

Property work was total distruption

Unfortunately, we were surprised by the HOA which had scheduled power washing of the house, painting, workers on the roof, and both patios that were covered in plastic and unusable. This was not only on our house, but our neighboring house which led to a lack of privacy and quiet from 7 AM to 5 P.M Monday - Saturday (plus loud music from the workers), them peering in our windows, climbing on our balcony, and driving my dogs crazy. Otherwise house was as expected.

Once we got to the property, we discovered it was double booked so we didn’t get to stay here at all now Verbo is refusing to refund us their fee
