The second bedroom is upstairs next to the master bedroom with its own closet and bathroom. The third bedroom is next to the kitchen with a closet and bathroom. The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No events are allowed.

This unit is not pet friendly.

Please be careful in the laundry room as there is extremely hot equipment in there.

Please be careful with the fireplace since the fireplace glass and surrounding area can get extremely hot.

Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
