This mountain home offers four-bedrooms, three-bath and is the perfect retreat for your Mammoth getaway! With vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, luxury vinyl throughout and serene forest views, the space offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for families and groups alike. The split-level floor plan provides both comfort and privacy, and has been fully renovated to provide comfort, mountain luxury and all the conveniences you'll need. The top floor features the open plan main living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as one bedroom with a King bed and a shared full bathroom with shower, custom cabinetry vanity and quartzite counters. The fully remodeled kitchen with beautiful granite counters and custom cabinetry, new stainless steel appliances, is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and entertain with ease. After a day on the slopes or hiking nearby trails, unwind in the spacious living area by the gas fire, with sectional sofa with a Queen memory foam sleeper, and enjoy a movie on the large flatscreen TV. The dining area offers ample seating for eight, making it perfect for gathering with family and friends. New heating system throughout the home. Enjoy a private balcony deck with peek-a-boo views of the mountains, and a quiet forest setting. Downstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms: the primary bedroom has a King bed with pillowtop mattress, flat screen smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, custom cabinetry vanity and quartzite counters. The third bedroom features one Full bed and one Twin bed, and a mounted flatscreen smart TV. The final fourth bedroom with bunk beds has a Twin over Twin bunk, plus a Twin over Full bunk for a total of 4 beds. The final full bathroom is in the hall and has a tub/shower combo, custom cabinetry vanity and quartzite counters. This unit also features private in-unit laundry for added convenience and sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. Storage space with an outside private closet where you can enjoy using the sleds, and store your adventure gear, as well as an entry mud area with gravity grabber racks. With its spacious layout, mountain charm, and ideal location, this unit is a fantastic year-round choice for multiple families visiting Mammoth Lakes. Located in the highly desirable Mammoth Estates community, you’ll be just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, offering effortless access to shopping, dining, nightlife, and the slopes, all without the hustle and bustle. This unit is on the front row giving quickest access to walk to the Village at Mammoth. This is the perfect year-round base for your mountain adventures, whether you're visiting in winter for skiing, snowboarding or in summer for hiking and outdoor fun. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around town. The amenities at this complex come with a year round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, laundry facilities and during the summer months an outdoor pool. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility.
