• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Shared amenities include a clubhouse with ping pong, community laundry facilities, and seasonal BBQ stations.

• Pool, Spa & Sauna: The indoor spa, indoor swimming pool, and sauna are open! Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
