Beautifully remodeled studio loft with 2 full baths, wood burning fire, sauna, jacuzzi and pool walking distance to the village, food, drinks and activities. Minutes from the lakes basin for fishing, hiking and skiing. Located on the bike path for easy walking and biking around town. Walk to the village for all the summer festivities or the gondola for easy ski access. Walk out your door for bluesapalooza, Shakespeare in the woods and summer craft fairs in sam’s wood site.

Open concept common area with wood burning fireplace, flat screen smart tv and full size pull out sofa bed, new king size mattress in loft, fully stocked kitchen with combo coffee maker(Keurig pod/pot), indoor hanging room for coats and gear, outdoor(on private deck) storage for skis and boards, year round communal pool/jacuzzi(2)/sauna(2) and laundry(2), open parking with 2 parking passes provided.

Few Things To Know:

One bundle of wood will be provided for your arrival, after that a good rule is a bundle per night.
Extra linens for each bed are located in the storage ottoman of the couch and the linen closet in the upstairs bathroom.
The smart tv has access to Netflix, Prime, Hulu etc. just sign into your account(don't forget to sign out).
WiFi included.
Dining table opens up to accomodate 4 people.
There is a strict no smoking policy for the complex, a $700 fine will be issued for smoking within 50 feet of any building on the property. This includes tobacco, vaping, marijuana etc.
There are no pets allowed, a pet fee of $500 will be incurred if a pet is on the premises.
There are 2 laundry facilities on the property(see map) they are coin operated, $3.50 a load and there is not a change machine on site.
Condo comes with outdoor parking, 2 parking passes will be provided

My friend and I chose this cozy condo over many other options and we were not disappointed! Our main thing was to be close to the village/gondola, but not in the Village. We've stayed in the village before and let me tell you, at night, you can hear everything from down below echoing up. And who wants to stay in a hotel when you can stay in a warm winter home? Our cozy condo was even better than expected, a perfect size for us, a quiet woodsy complex, nestled in the snowy trees, with all of the comforts you could ever want. The condo is a short walk to the village, but far enough to feel secluded. Two full-size bathrooms (I had my own) a wonderful kitchen, living room, such a comfy bed and steamy jacuzzi with-in walking distance rounded out our perfect visit. I would definitely recommend this getaway.

Loved staying at this VRBO. It was super clean, decorated very cute, and the kitchen is well equipped, if you like to cook. We loved how cozy it was, and the bed was SO comfortable. Location made it easy to access the mountain and the hosts were very communicative. We hope to stay again!

Lovely!
Brianne’s place was perfect for my husband, myself and our 17 year old daughter. The Condo was immaculate and had everything we needed to make some meals at home during our 5 day ski trip. The location is excellent, just down the hill from Canyon Lodge. The wood stove was perfect after a day of skiing. We also appreciated the bottle of wine and other goodies left for our convenience. The King size bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was much appreciated traveling with a teenager. Great stay and would definitely choose Brianne’s place to stay again in the future. Thank you.

Great condo, clean, light and airy. Comfy bed, modern kitchen, two bathrooms, the showers could do with a bit more power and it took us a moment to work out the heating and the wood burning stove, but once we did the apartment was warm and cosy.

We came for our annual winter trip and loved this condo! Great location, super cute, and well stocked. There was a beautifully lit Christmas tree and sweet treats waiting for us when we arrived. Long Weekend
Brianne was wonderful and check in and check out was easy and efficient. We really enjoyed the Welcome Basket she left for us. Having a bathroom both up in the loft and downstairs is really a big plus to the space. However, the stairs leading up the loft are a little steep and there are stairs you must take in reaching the unit. Nothing terrible, but people who have knee or back issues may want to be aware. Great location to the Village, only a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay and thought the place was very nice for the two of us.
