Plenty of space for everyone to unwind and enjoy their stay!

Guests have full access to the entire home! The home is centrally located in Mammoth and just a short walk to bus and shuttle stops, making it easy to get around town and to the mountain. Relax and make yourself completely at home—every space is yours to enjoy!

• Walkability: The home is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and multiple bus/shuttle stops for easy access to the Village and the Mountain.
• Parking: Plenty of outdoor parking available, including space for trucks, trailers, RVs, or boats (seasonal).
• Snowy Conditions: In winter, 4WD/AWD and chains are strongly recommended. Snow removal is provided, but storms can create delays.
• Pellet Stove Instructions: The pellet stove is the primary heat source; please follow the provided instructions for safe use.
• Heating/Cooling: The home has wall heaters and rare Mammoth A/C for summer comfort.
• Two-Story Layout: Stairs are required to access the master bedroom and loft.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available on the first floor for guest use—please bring your own detergent if you have allergies or sensitivities.
• No Ski Gear on Carpet: Please store skis, boards, and boots in the laundry room on the boot mat to avoid carpet damage.
• Wildlife: Bears are active in the area. Keep food inside and lock car doors at all times.
• Quiet Neighborhood: This is a peaceful residential area—please respect quiet hours and neighbors.
• Internet: Wi-Fi is strong, but during peak weekends storms may affect service in the entire town.
• Mountain Town Life: Mammoth is a small town; repairs or replacements sometimes take longer due to limited resources.
