Welcome to your Mammoth Lakes home base! This mountain-themed condominium sleeps up to 6 and puts you within walking distance of Eagle Lodge/Chair 15, with easy access to trails, golf, parks, and The Village.
The Space:
Set up for comfort and convenience, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is a great choice for families or friends. Drop your gear in the full mudroom, then unwind in the living area with a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), Smart TV, and DVD player. The sofa converts to a sleeper for flexible arrangements.
Cook with ease in the full kitchen, then gather at the dining table for 6 or the breakfast bar for 3. Step out to the atrium-style balcony for fresh air and mountain-area views. When it’s time to turn in, the primary suite offers a King bed, Smart TV, and a portable AC unit for warmer months, plus balcony access and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a Queen and a Twin, a TV, and access to a full bath.
Building conveniences include elevators, shared laundry facilities, and assigned underground garage parking.

• Bathroom 1: Ensuite to primary; shower/tub combo
• Bathroom 2: Full bath adjacent to Bedroom 2
Important Things to Note
• Parking: Assigned parking for two vehicles in tandem in the underground garage (garage height 7'1"). Please use spaces marked #215. Parking passes are inside the unit and must be displayed at all times.
Stairs/Elevator: Elevators are in each building; stairs are required if an elevator is unavailable. There are also stairs within the home.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Seasonal/HOA: The pool is typically open in summer and the 3 hot tubs typically operate year-round; BBQ stations and picnic areas are shared. Amenity availability is managed by the HOA and may vary.
• Winter safety: The HOA may board up certain windows in winter to prevent icicle damage.
• Construction: Construction is currently underway in the complex. Guests may experience daytime noise, and the pool and hot tubs will be out of service until further notice.
• Cooling: A portable AC unit is provided in the primary bedroom only; other rooms do not have AC.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
