"Wir haben ein Mädels Wochenende zum entspannen gemacht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, mehrsprachig und gut verständlich. Man konnte immer jemanden anfinden. Das Frühstücks Buffet war sehr umfangreich, frisch und international. Es gibt insgesamt 4 Pools, davon ein Indoor Pool und 2 davon nur für Erwachsene. An jedem Pool gab es eine Bar und Personal dazu. Das einzige was ich als Kritik habe wäre die Beschilderung innerhalb des Hotels. Es hat mehrere Gebäude, Stickwerke und Restaurants. Stellen Weise muss man durch die Gebäude um an gewisse Punkte zu kommen. Da würde eine eindeutigere Beschilderung helfen. Man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß an der Playa, innerhalb von 2 Minuten beim nächsten Supermarkt und innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto beim Airport."

"Das Hotel war sauber und in recht gutem Zustand. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich, vor allem unsere Kellnerin Doris hat uns jeden Abend aufs neue das Gefühl gegeben, wilkommen zu sein. Herausragend war auch das Abendessen. Die Auswahl war groß, abwechslungsreich und wirklich gut zubereitet. Die Nähe zum Flughafen war kein Problem. Auch wenn den ganzen Tag über Flugzeige gestartet sind haben wir diese nur selten bemerkt, Der Lärm hält sich wirklich in Grezen (von einigen wenigen Fliegern abgesehen) und die Zimmer sind ruhig, wenn man die Balkontüre schließt."

"Toller Aufenthalt. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Renovierung im Bonanza Park steht auf manchen Etagen noch aus, manche sind schon renoviert. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf einer alten Etage, ist aber nicht weiter schlimm. Hier und da ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Schwesterhotel Playa ist hingegen sehr schön frisch renoviert. Die Lage ist fantastisch, der Bus nach Palma fährt direkt vor der Tür alle 10 Minuten bis spät in die Nacht. Parken an der Straße ist auch sehr günstig und häufig findet man Plätze in der Nähe. In direkter Nähe viele Restaurants, Bars, kleine Supermärkte und schöne, öffentliche Strände. Alles in allem ein wirklich zu empfehlendes Hotel, insbesondere wenn die Renovierung abgeschlossen ist."

"Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Pool-Anlage ist ganz nett, es könnte aber etwas mehr Schatten geben über den Tag. Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr gut, man bekommt vom Trubel in der Stadt schon noch was mit, eignet sich aber trotzdem gute zur Erholung vom Sightseeing."
