"Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing.
When we arrived, the window in our room was open and the room was completely cold. We had to figure out how to program the electric heating system ourselves before going to dinner. After spending about two hours in the restaurant (the food was good), we returned to find the room temperature still around 10°C.
I went to reception and asked for another room that would be properly heated. However, the manager did not believe me and insisted on checking the room personally. Eventually, four staff members came to the room while my children (12 and 23y) were already in bed under the duvets trying to stay warm. Instead of offering a different room, they brought three electric fan heaters.
While the heaters helped slightly, the room itself – including the walls, ceiling, and beds – remained very cold. We even had to fill bottles with hot water to get the bed for our daughter warm. I personally couldn’t sleep until 4 a.m.
It seems the hotel relies entirely on electric heating and may be trying to limit its use due to cost, which should not affect guests—especially at this price level.
We paid €369.46 for one night in a two-bedroom room for two adults and one child. For a 4-star hotel, this level of comfort and service is simply unacceptable.
Unfortunately, due to this experience and the lack of proper response from management, I would not recommend this h"
