The yard itself was private and quiet and the space was well lighted with AC as needed. I would say the biggest issue when it comes to the space is the lack of communication from the host. „The apartment is almost new, very clean, well furnished, well equipped and has only two small steps for access. The photos in the Stayz listing are very accurate. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and they allowed us early access on a threatening day.
