"Great Resort with Excellent Staff, but Room for Improvement Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Diamonds Malindi. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. I stayed in a Junior Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. However, at times I would have appreciated a little more attention when ordering drinks at the bar or in the restaurants, as service could occasionally be slow. There were a few issues that prevented me from giving a full 5-star rating. The Wi-Fi in my room only worked reliably when the TV was switched on, which was quite inconvenient. In addition, there was construction work taking place at the Terrace Restaurant during my stay. As a result, construction noise could often be heard from early morning until late in the evening, which affected the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the resort. Another downside was the weekend party events. The music was extremely loud throughout the entire property, and the strong bass vibrations could even be felt while lying in bed. On those nights, it was difficult to sleep before 2:00 a.m. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay and would still recommend Diamonds Malindi to travelers looking for a beautiful beachfront resort with excellent staff and a pleasant overall experience."

"### A wonderful place to relax and unwind I had a fantastic stay at Kilili Baharini Malindi and would happily return. The hotel has a very special charm, with a beautiful, spacious property surrounded by an abundance of lush tropical greenery. It feels peaceful, authentic and wonderfully relaxed. The staff are absolutely outstanding — warm, friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout the entire stay. They really make you feel welcome and are a major reason why the hotel is so enjoyable. The property is very well maintained and offers several pools, plenty of space to relax and a lovely shaded beach area. The combination of greenery, pools and direct access to the beach creates a wonderful atmosphere. The food was another highlight, especially the delicious local dishes. It was a pleasure to experience authentic local flavors rather than just the usual international hotel cuisine. The spa and gym are also excellent, clean and well equipped, making it easy to combine relaxation with some exercise. Overall, Kilili Baharini is a charming and peaceful hotel with a beautiful tropical setting, excellent facilities and, above all, exceptional staff. A wonderful place to slow down, relax and enjoy the Kenyan coast."

"Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern muss dringend gewartet werden. Auch ist die Küche nicht im perfekten Zustand. Die Betten sind gut und der Balkon ist traumhaft. Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr schön. Die Speisekarte ist sehr überschaubar, was ab Tag 5 dann tatsächlich ein Problem darstellt. Beim Frühstück gibt es keinen Käse und keine Wurst. Einige Baumaßnahmen während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir als sehr störend empfunden. Aber aufgrund der Schönheit der Anlage würden wir tatsächlich wiederkommen. Das Spa war in Ordnung."
