„There was no one at the reception (at 3pm). In the room the showerhead was leaking, resulting in a waterdrop sound the whole night. The worst was that the receptionist, who evetually showed up, was aware of this problem at checkin as he informed me about this. I mean come on, of you know of the problem, get some to fix it.“
