We have just finished our stay at Tsagarakis Beach Hotel, and we can recommend it 100%.
This hotel is perfect for anyone looking for genuine peace and relaxation. There is no loud music, no parties, and no unnecessary noise—only the sound of the sea and birds singing. It is the ideal place to disconnect and recharge.
Everything is spotlessly clean. The rooms and common areas are impeccably maintained, and the entire hotel reflects the care and dedication of the staff. The Greek Mediterranean décor is charming, the swimming pool is beautiful, and the breakfast is fresh, varied, and delicious.
The location is excellent, only 15 minutes from Heraklion. We highly recommend renting a car to explore Crete. Around the hotel you’ll also find a large supermarket, bus stops, restaurants, travel agencies, and many shops.
What truly makes this hotel unforgettable is Yanis, the manager, and his wonderful mother. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the very first day. They are always smiling, attentive, and happy to help or simply enjoy a friendly conversation. People like them are rare and are the greatest asset of this hotel.
If you expect a modern five-star luxury resort, this may not be the place for you. But if you value authentic hospitality, impeccable cleanliness, tranquility, and waking up just a few steps from the sea, you will love Tsagarakis Beach Hotel.
