„I love the meticulous cleaning crew. They are efficient, gives attention to details (i.e. scrub everything and make sure there is not even a single hair on the floor) and are honest to God. My husband accidentally left his tablet in the room and the cleaning crew brings it to receptionist to keep for us. Luckily my other family members are still staying there and was able to keep it for us but kudos to the cleaning crew for doing an amazing job. “

„I think for overall it's quiet good.. I love the way of design in my room that I've been stayed for 4 days. All the equipments in that room is good as well the TV, the Air-conditioner and the most importantly is the toilet, I able to used as much as I want. I'm really glad with that things but for a bit problems that I've been encountered during my staying there is, it has a mosquitoes around in that room, it's look like mosquito and it's everywhere. „Das check-in ging zackig und problemlos. Als wir unsere zugewiesene Zimmertür öffneten, machten wir bereits an der Tür Kehrt zur Rezeption. Uns kamm ein miefiger rauchiger geruch entgegen. Und wir haben ausdrücklich ein nichtraucher Zimmer gebucht. An der Rezeption wollten sie uns klar machen das der Rauch von aussen nach innen käme. Das Zimmer war jedoch Fensterlos. Wir sagten erneut das dies nicht gehe. Dann wollte uns die Angestellte Raumspray mitgeben. Wir äusserten das dies inakzeptabel sei ...

„The wall paint was peeling, and there was no refill of mineral water, soap, and shampoo. We had to request these items at the counter. On one occasion, one of the receptionists mistakenly thought I was asking for more, even though I had been staying there for several days.“
