„Friendly and helpful staff made my stay a very pleasant one. But the glass partition for thr bathroom made the room lighted when 1 person is using the bathroom and another person is trying to sleep.“

„I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The property is beautiful, but it’s the staff and service that truly set this place apart. Throughout my stay, all the staff were incredibly attentive, helped me find my way around the best local spots, and had the most positive and helpful attitude all round. „Sehr gute Lage. Super süße Zimmer, alles sauber und tolles Personal. Teilweise etwas hellhörig und recht dunkles Zimmer.“

„Very nice and helpful staff. Faucet in the bathroom was leaking, but overall the room was ok. Good breakfast made on the spot (so it's fresh with fresh ingredients). A bit "rusty" (maybe some renovations could be done to make it look like a real 4* hotel), but not really problematic unless you're really looking for a luxurious hotel. Close to everything in Georgetown which is a plus.“

„Decent 4 star hotel near Komtar. Close to everything so walking works. Komtar itself is getting very outdated by now and needs a major rehaul. “

„Reasonable prices, convenient location, helpful friendly staff. Clean room and utilities “

„tolles City Hotel mit allem was man braucht.
