It’s an older building so a little bit noisy stairs/doors, but wasn’t disturbing. “

„We came up for UNH homecoming with our two German Shepherds. The property was spacious, clean, and well stocked with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. We had a small issue with the shower draining but the property manager responded promptly to the concern. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right down the street from Long and Short Sands beach but far enough off of the main strip to avoid traffic. Access to route 1 and 95 makes this property a perfect jumping off point ...

„My husband and I celebrated our 28th anniversary here and had such a lovely time. Fabiola has created a beautiful sanctuary. The room had everything we needed (one thing to note if you plan to cook is that you can’t fry things. She does have an air fryer that’s available.) Fabiola is quick to respond to texts and she thought of everything to make it a welcoming stay. The location is quite central to the various islands. And the local Hill’s bakery and Arborvine restaurant are highlyRecommended.“

„Had an amazing stay. Clean and very convenient to town. Parked the car and never used it everything was within walking distance. Only suggestion would be a door stop on the wall by the bathroom in the bedroom. The door opens easily and afraid it's going to hit the wall and damage it. Have recommended to friends. „Loved the well appointed space. Had a desk chair and folding table in the closet that we used as a desk. The variety of outdoor spaces is fantastic and are appropriate for a variety of weather. Nice grill as well. Shower is a little small but otherwise fine. Has Starlink Internet which is huge for speed and streaming. Had some issues with voice dropping on MS Teams but the cell coverage in the area (Verizon) is good enough to get a stable voice connection.“
