„What a wonderful place! Very friendly service by Dole! Yummy home-made breakfasts! Quiet at night with quality beds and bedding! Sparkling clean bathroom. Huge bedrooms. Central location within 2 minutes walk to York Beach and Harbor. Host freely shared information about the surrounding area, including restaurants, beaches, parking, directions, etc. We absolutely enjoyed staying here, and over the years, we have stayed in many lodgings -- and this trumps them all! We intend to return!“

„My room was very cozy and well equipped. The breakfast on Sunday was marvellous! Thank you to Elizabeth and Mike for four true days of vacation in their Freedom House! One point maybe worth mentioning: the bed was quite soft. But this is a matter of personal preferences.“

„We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this charming guest cottage on Mill Pond! From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcomed. The cottage is cozy and well appointed—with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The setting is absolutely beautiful. „The property was perfect! Clean, quiet, cozy. Great yard, close to town and beach. Everything was great! Only thing was there were no trash bags and the tv was difficult. I would like to see them switch to steaming services. The water pressure is awesome. Everything was very clean and stocked. beds and couch are super comfortable. Fire pit and declare awesome !We will be back!!“
