„Although the unit is small, it has everything you could want for 2 people. All windows look out on Lake Superior. There’s patio furniture just outside too. Entry is with 2 keypads. It’s near great parks and also near two good places to eat and a gas station and a small grocery store. Great location on the North Shore!“

„The cottage was very cute and well stocked with pots and pans and spices if you want to cook. The snacks and water were very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t mind the sound of the trains at night but the blowing train whistle woke us a few times. There are ear plugs there if needed. Unfortunately the lake was over grown with vegetation so we didn’t kayak, but we brought our own bikes and rode the Cannon Falls trail in MN. The trail was beautiful. The owner ...

„This is the best-equipped apartment I have ever stayed in. The kitchen has a well-stocked coffee bar with Kcups, teas, spices and sugar cubes. Freezer was filled with ice. Lots of dishes/cooking supplies/utensils. A cupboard in the bedroom has art supplies if you feel the urge to capture the view. They've lost one of the trees out front so the view is even better although the sun is more intense. There are lots of blankets and throws for sitting out on the deck stargazing. „Lovely historic hotel with modern amenities in the heart of a small town on the river front. Once checked in I could have all of my needs met by foot! A nice brewery, restaurants and the river front all within a mile. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever enjoyed in a hotel. Hours are spotty, but I did get to enjoy both the basement Speakeasy as well as the dining room for breakfast. Wonderful stay overall.“
