Villa Can Palmeras is a beautiful villa set in the charming resort of Es Canutells, on Menorca’s south coast. There is a bar overlooking the beach, a few minute's walk away, as well as a small mini market. A short drive will take you to more shops and restaurants. The small but perfectly formed sandy cove is at the end of the street, ideal for a morning dip in the sea. Afterward, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in your private pool. The villa is set over 3 floors with a stunning covered terrace overlooking the pool area. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Can Palmeras is in a great position with the beach just a minute’s walk away, where you can enjoy leisurely strolls down the beach and embrace the lovely views. There is a beach side restaurant which is open most of the season. Nearby to the villa you can find a bar overlooking the beach, a perfect way to spend the evening. The resort has a small mini market for essentials, while the larger mini markets can be found in the town of San Climente around 10 minutes’ drive from the villa. Here you will also find some popular local tapas restaurants and coffee shops. Villa Can Palmeras offers a good option for those looking for a small resort with a quiet ambience but nearby to local traditional towns. The capital Mahon with its magnificent harbour is also just a 15 minute drive away.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
