„Hotelzimmer sind ziemlich klein, alt und nicht sauber (viel Staub, Wasserflecken, fehlendes Polster usw.). Das Essen und der Service waren aber sehr gut. Die Dusche ist auch einmal ausgefallen, ich musste mit tropfendem Wasser zu Ende duschen, nach der Meldung wurde es aber sofort behoben. Bad ohne Klimatisierung.“

„The Hotel was awesome, the Staff was really great. Especially Anu Carita and Enrique. They are there for every request and help where they can. Only one of the Staff - Ethan - is a dougebag and only show interesst in woman and helps them. If the hotel could replace him it would be much better for pther customer too. I can only say, that i would book here anytime i visit magalluf.“

„The hotel is in general very nice. The location (with the view from the balcony) is really outstanding. The pool area is very spacious and nice. Really good to relax and calm down. Breakfast was good- enough and something fro everybody- but not overhelmed. The beach is in front of the door and really good located. Unfortunately the elevator down to the beach did not work. As we went 04.04.2025 -07.04.2025 I assume, the hotel was not yet prepared for the high season- only 1 of 3 elevators ...
