This delightful 55 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this active city. It is located on the 1st floor via a lift.

It has open-concept living and kitchen areas, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a cosy seating area, perfect for unwinding and watching TV after a day of sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen offers a great space for prep and enjoying meals together. It includes all the necessary cookware and utensils

There are two bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and ample storage space for a relaxed stay.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

There is a lovely balcony where guests can enjoy the sunlight and the fresh air.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Currently, the lobby of the building where the apartment is located is undergoing renovation, but this does not affect your stay inside the apartment.

To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Madrid, the capital of Spain, is a city rich in culture and history. It boasts world-class museums like the Prado and Reina Sofia and iconic landmarks such as the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor. Retiro Park offers a serene escape, while the Gran Via buzzes with shops, restaurants, and theatres.

Known for its delicious cuisine, Madrid serves up tapas, paella, and churros alongside a lively nightlife scene with bars and flamenco shows. Whether enjoying art, dining, or nightlife, Madrid offers every traveller a vibrant mix of experiences.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Delicias, is just a 500-meter walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
