In case you require or request an in-person check-in, the charge would be:

€60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM



For stays of 28 days or more, please take into account the following information:

1. You will need to sign a rental contract.

2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month (The amount applies to the total combined services expense) Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be considered here.

3. You will need to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.
