Perfectly positioned just 250 meters from Plaza Mayor and only 550 meters from Puerta del Sol, this apartment places you right in the center of the city’s vibrant atmosphere, historic landmarks, restaurants, cafés, and shopping streets. Whether you are visiting Madrid for sightseeing, family gatherings, or a group getaway, this home offers comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location for discovering the city on foot.

Located on the third floor of a traditional Madrid building with elevator access, the apartment combines classic charm with practical amenities for large groups. Designed to host up to 14 guests, it is an excellent choice for families, friends, or business travelers seeking to stay together while enjoying generous private spaces and en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom.

The living area features a comfortable sofa and television, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a day exploring Madrid. The open-plan layout connects the living room to the dining area and kitchen, allowing guests to cook, dine, and socialize together in one welcoming space. Please note that the dining table seats 6 people and there are not enough chairs for the full apartment capacity.

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and includes the essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay. Whether enjoying breakfast before heading out or gathering for dinner in the evening, the space is designed for convenience and functionality.

The apartment includes six bedrooms distributed as follows:

Two bedrooms with double beds (150x190), each with an en-suite bathroom
One bedroom with a single bed (90x190) and en-suite bathroom
Two bedrooms with two single beds (90x190) and en-suite bathrooms
One large bedroom with four single beds (90x190) and en-suite bathroom

Each bedroom also features a small private balcony, adding natural light and a charming Madrid atmosphere to the rooms.

Please note a few important details about the layout and facilities:

Two of the bedrooms share the same space and are separated without a door
One bedroom does not have shutters but includes a blind to reduce light
The shutter in one bedroom and in the living room is currently not operational

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. Towels and bed linen are provided according to the number of guests included in the reservation. A limited supply of soap and toilet paper is also included for your arrival.

The apartment is equipped with gas boiler heating and radiators throughout the property, ensuring comfort during colder months. Hot water is provided by a gas heater, and the washer/dryer is a convenient 2-in-1 appliance for longer stays.

For families traveling with babies, a travel crib is available in the apartment closet. Please note that guests must bring their own crib sheets.

If you are arriving by car, please be aware that the apartment is located in Madrid’s restricted traffic zone. According to current city regulations, vehicles without a DGT environmental badge (label A) are not permitted to circulate in the area. Guests arriving by car must generally park in an authorized parking garage unless using an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle. The nearest recommended parking facility is the Jacinto Benavente Plaza Mayor parking garage.

Check-in is available between 16:00 and 20:00. Since keys are handed over personally at the property, we kindly ask guests to inform us of their expected arrival time in advance to ensure smooth organization. For arrivals outside standard check-in hours, please contact us before booking so arrangements can be discussed.
