The kitchen area is equipped with a toaster, microwave, refrigerator and ceramic hob, which will allow you to prepare your favorite meals comfortably.

The Almendrales neighborhood belongs to the Carabanchel district. In recent times we have been able to observe a phenomenon in the neighborhood that has turned it into what they call 'the new Soho Madrileño', there are more and more artists who live in the neighborhood and convert their large warehouses or old factories into photography, painting or recording studios.

It is a residential neighborhood with all kinds of services, supermarkets, bars... You will have everything you need to enjoy your stay in the area.

It is perfectly connected to the centre of Madrid, you can take the metro at Abrantes station just 125 metres from the flat.
