You can access your new home via a smart lock, offering greater independence during your stay.

HOW TO GET HERE



Access to the apartment is via a smart lock. To activate it, you'll need to fill out a form on our web app, which will be sent to your phone.

Your route to the apartment will vary depending on your mode of transport:

From the airport: Take Line 8 (pink) from the airport to Nuevos Ministerios, then transfer to Line 6 (gray) and ride to Userastation. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the apartment.

From Chamartín train station: Take Line 1 to Solor Atocha, then from Atochatake the E1 bus toward Puente de los Capuchinos. From the bus stop, it’s just a short walk to the apartment.

From Atocha train station: Simply take the E1 bus directly to Puente de los Capuchinos. The apartment is a couple of minutes’ walk from there.

IMPORTANT NOTES:



-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
