The studio features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a fridge, oven, microwave, and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, as well as crockery and all the necessary utensils to make you feel at home.

The studio is designed to offer maximum comfort during your stay, with heating for the colder months and AC for the warm monts. There is also free Wi-Fi to keep you connected. Bed linens and towels are included, along with toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, and a welcome cleaning kit.

Thanks to its privileged location in the center of Madrid, you'll have easy access to a wide range of leisure, cultural, and dining options. From Madrid-Barajas Airport:

By taxi: With a fixed fare of €33, the journey is direct and convenient.
By metro: Take line 8from the airport to Nuevos Ministerios, transfer to line 10and get off at Tribunal, from where the studio is just a few minutes' walk away.
From Atocha Station:

By metro: Take line 1from Atocha to Tribunal, and the studio is a short walk from the station.
From Chamartín Station:

By metro: Take line 10to Tribunal. From there, you can walk to the studio in a few minutes.
By car: If you arrive by car, you can park in one of the nearby parking lots, such as those located at Calle Hilarión Eslava 28or Calle Meléndez Valdés 28. We recommend checking the Madrid City Council website for information on environmental restrictions and parking zones.





TO CONSIDER

- The home is not rented for tourist purposes, as it is temporary rentals. Please keep in mind that this home IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT.

- Tenants must sign a rental contract upon arrival. This contract respects all the conditions of your reservation and does not impose any additional responsibility beyond the terms and conditions of your reservation.

- Cots for rent are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request it by contacting the host before your arrival.

- Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.

- Stag and hen parties or similar parties cannot be held in this accommodation.-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
