This newly renovated studio is located on Calle Asura 43, less than a 10-minute walk from the “Arturo Soria” metro station, providing easy access to the city centre via public transport. IFEMA and Barajas Airport are also very nearby – just under 15 minutes away by taxi. Arturo Soria Stays by Charming VII is the perfect base for exploring Madrid while enjoying the peace and comfort of Arturo Soria, one of the city’s finest residential neighbourhoods.

The studio is immaculately decorated in a contemporary style and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We also offer a limited number of parking spaces at a reduced rate of €10 per night (please request a space when booking to ensure availability).

Arturo Soria Stays by Charming VII comes equipped with air conditioning and heating, so you can enjoy the perfect temperature in any season. In addition, you’ll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation, ideal for video calls or unwinding with a good film on Netflix after a long day exploring the city. A 43-inch Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle, and full kitchenware set are also at your disposal.

The studio features a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed with capacity for one person, as well as ample storage space. It also includes a private bathroom with towels, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer.

GETTING AROUND

There are several nearby metro stations:

Arturo Soria Metro Station: About an 8-minute walk from the apartment, on Line 4. Offers excellent connections to the city center and other areas.
To get here:

From the Airport: You can take a taxi for around €20–25, or use the metro: Take Line 8 from the airport and transfer at Mar de Cristal to Line 4, getting off at Arturo Soria. From there, it’s a short walk to our property.
From Atocha Station: Take Line 1 to Bilbao, then transfer to Line 4 toward Arturo Soria.
From Chamartín Station: Take Line 1 to Pinar de Chamartín, then transfer to Line 4 to Arturo Soria.
You can also arrive by car and park in our private parking (reservation required, subject to availability, and priced at €10 per night).

GOOD TO KNOW

There is a travel cot available for hire at €30 per stay. Please remember to request it by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
Check-in: Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.
House rules: No bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar events allowed.
Cleaning: There is no daily housekeeping. Extra cleaning can be requested for an additional fee, with at least 24 hours' notice.
