„The Farm House was the perfect setting for our family reunion, 10 adults, 4 children. Most of our time was spent in the pool area, which is very family friendly. The house is very comfortable, bed rooms are large and many bathrooms throughout. The kitchen is very well stocked, plenty of service for 14 people and all the gadgets we needed. The kids also enjoyed walking the grounds and seeing the animals on the farm.“

„I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. On a personal note, the house could use some curb appeal. “

„We had a wonderful stay at the Little Cottage of Gratitude!! The neighborhood is very quiet, friendly, and walkable to two nice small beaches. The cottage is well stocked with anything you can possibly need, relaxing, and decorated beautifully.
