My wife and I bought the most beautiful home we've ever seen, we're filling it with more high-end finishes, and putting in an unbelievable game room, and kid's dream bunk room/video game lounge (BYO system). We have LED Foosball, LED Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, A Pool Table, Dart Board, LED Air Hockey, and More! Custom pool/hot tub construction is tentatively scheduled for Spring '24 (but could be moved to Fall '24). But your group may not notice any of those things because they won't be able to take their eyes off of the best view of any North Carolina vacation home, anywhere; that's just our personal opinion, but we'd love to hear yours.
