"Ein wirklich schönes und ruhiges Camping Ambiente"

"Das Hotel ist top saniert und könnte nicht zentraler liegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer im 5. Stock. Leider ist es sehr hellhörig und a nachts, die Straße gereinigt wird, Händler auf und abbauen, ist es recht laut im Zimmer. Ich glaube aber, dass das bei anderen Hotels in der Innenstadt ähnlich ist. Unser Frühstück wurde nicht korrekt berechnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sofort geholfen."

"The location is perfect for foot tours of the city center, situated between Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. I was impressed by the size and comfort of my room that was attached to the large bathroom (two steps down) by a small lounge with a refrigerator and the coffee maker as well as a couch. There was noise from the street until late in the evening, but that is to be expected at such a location. Most of all, housekeeping was excellent with fresh towels every day and spotless cleaning. I do want to point out that everything is on different levels, there are many stairs to negotiate - this gives the hotel a certain Alice in Wonderland charm. I highly recommend this hotel for tourists and will gladly come again."
