„Grundsätzlich schöne und saubere Unterkunft - wäre weiterzuempfehlen. Erreichbarkeit (auch mit google maps) nicht so einfach - hier wäre ein Hinweis vorab toll. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin eine Katastrophe. Abgesehen davon, dass man keine Vorab-Infos bzgl Check-in erhält, ist die Vermieterin auch ziemlich herablassend, wenn man sich nach der Endreinigung erkundigt. Denn anders als auf Expedia beschrieben (entweder 25$ Endreinigungsgebühr oder selber sauber machen) beharrt die Dame auf ...

„They reach out to you several times to make sure everything is OK even when they could not reach me they make sure every way possible for me to get the messages . Clean place cozy. My only recommendation would be for a more convenient gate to open as you enter.. Also a sign right in front of the gate with the properties name because at first, I had a hard time to find the entrance.“

„We spent a great 6 days here. We found everything we needed, everything was super clean. We slept very well. There are lots of excursions to do in the area. The kids were always excited about a round on the golf cart. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back“

„Cute little place just a short distance from the beach. Most evenings we could walk into town along the beach to grab food or drinks. You can also easily walk to Luquillo beach and kioskos from here without the need of a car, if you don’t mind a walk. At low tide you can walk the beach all the way!Budget friendly and clean. Would stay here again, if in Luquillo.“

„Had a great stay, condo was neat and clean with all items needed for day to day living. The only things we had issues with was the a/c unit in the master bedroom stoppped working the last two days so it was a little humid/warmer in the room.we left the fans on to help, and there wasn’t a beach entry due to the boulders/rocks that lined the one beach area to the left of the property. But all in all it was a nice stay. “

„Mary & Jeff were excellent hosts. Very clean and unique home. The bed was so comfortable and slept well every night. Loved listening to all the nature sounds. Felt very safe staying here. There were people staying in the unit above us but never heard them, very well insulated.“

„Stayed here as we explored Old San Juan and the north east. A bit of a drive to go to San Juan. Definitely spend an entire day or two there. Clean, comfortable. Nice place. Quiet“

Nice swimming pool, nice sea view.

"The hotel is all right. Pitty they do not offer any breakfast at the hotel. There is a microwave, a coffee machine and a mini oven close to the reception so you can prepare your own meals and have coffee but nothing to boil water. The swimming pool is nice, but it is not possible to have a sunbath laying flat because there are no deckchairs. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. It was badly smelling with chlorine though."
