„A rugged bush property, less than 10 minutes from Macedon township. Driving into the property's initially steep gravel drive, in a 2WD car, required some initial speed and staying in low gear, but proved no problem for our family group, in three vehicles, two of which were 2WD. The main house and two "container bedrooms" were all spotlessly clean and very well, appointed. „The old church in Trentham was beautiful styled with a fabulous kitchen and gorgeous garden. We stayed in spring so the garden was filled with daffodils, hellebores and daphne. Spent hours in front of the fire playing cards, cooked breakfast and dinner in the well equipped kitchen and strolled down the quaint streets of the town. It was very restful. The only improvement would have been bath sheets instead of bath towels.“
