„A fantastic little getaway. Tara Cottage was a perfect space for a quick little overnight stay in Daylesford. The place was immaculate, all the amenities were provided from oversized towels to a coffee machine, lots of choices on the TV and a comfy, warm space. Check in was easy, Prue is a wonderful host and we felt very safe and comfortable at the cottage. We didn't bring our dog on this trip, but the food and water bowls (plus treats!) were a welcomed amenity had our pup joined us. Really ...

„The property was a bit tired, clean and fine. The bed was very uncomfortable for me and my wife so we didn't quite get the full R&R we'd hoped for. I'm guessing the bed is quite old, it was saggy on each side with a raised section in the middle which is typical for old beds, so not easy to get a good night's sleep - and that is in the top couple of things we are after in accommodation. „One of the best, if not “the best” accomodations I have had the pleasure of staying in. Every bit of the villa has been styled and furnished with great thought. The inside bath is not only extremely sexy but is so comfortable you don’t want to get out. The fireplace gives the perfect output of heat for the space. The shower is just something else. Everything in the villa was amazing and as for outside…. Make sure you go out and look at the stars. 10/10 A+++“

Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend.
