„Too noisy, civil works during the night “

„Sehr gepflegt und stilvoll. Ideale Lage zum Airport. Pool in einem wunderschönen tropischen Garten gelegen. Top Gastronomie. “

„Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und guter Service.“

„Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, toller Ausblick und eine phantastische Matratze!“

„Staff was amazing at a great experience. I would come back again.“

„The room was very clean and the service of the staff was very efficient.“

„Transfer zwischen 2 Flügen für ein paar Stunden - angenehm, guter Service- leider keine Zeit, das Frühstück zu probieren “

„Had a really bad experience starting at the check in desk. We arrived at 6AM today for a reservation starting yesterday to find out that our reservation was cancelled because we did not show up. This was after us calling and confirming that we would be checking in the next day and receiving proper confirmation that it's OK. Took 45 min for them to figure out their system. While waiting we noticed a rat running across the dining area. Enter the room : sticky floors , noisy toilets (takes 5 ...

„One of the best hotel in Andheri. The food here is amazing, very close to the airport and the hospitality is amazing.“

„The room had a smell that was off putting and was unpleasant. The staff were friendly but the hotel taxi price was pricey and the driver was not well informed of the tourist spots. There are shops close by and this was useful and we felt safe . Good location with airport nearby and restaurants close by “

„The hotel was a total disappointment. 1. Torn Towel - unusable 2. Mattress with pointy bobbles. You can feel them on top of bed sheet. Could not sleep 3. Smelly electric kettle - burnt with fowl smell 4. Bathroom was not hygienic I would not have booked it if its price was not higher and having 3.5 star rating. It is worst than the 1 star hotel. Its price should be less than £15 (INR 2000) per night.“

„The hotel is in a dirty neighborhood with foul smell and dirty roads. The entry way to the hotel is a mud road, both sides filled with thrash. Room is decent and staff is helpful. If you book uber, it will come only outside of the hotel promptly. You will have to carry the luggage all the way to the main road“

„Excellent service“
