Pleasant renovated apartment located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a small secure building, just opposite the Jean Macé Library.

It features a lovely living area with a decorative fireplace, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom.

Blandan Park: The green lung of the neighborhood
Sports enthusiasts will find this ideal with the long Rhône riverbanks on one side and Blandan Park on the other. Located at the northern end of the neighborhood, at the junction of the 3rd, 7th, and 8th arrondissements, Blandan Park was inaugurated in September 2014 and covers 17 hectares. It was built on the grounds of a former military fort from 1864 called La Motte, still standing and open for visits.

A true alternative to the Parc de la Tête d’Or, Blandan Park is a vast playground for children and a space for walking, resting, and sports. Many sports fields are available for football, badminton, volleyball, and basketball. Skateboard, scooter, roller, or BMX enthusiasts will find dedicated areas throughout the park. A lively place where people of all ages gather in a green oasis in the heart of Lyon.
