Situated on one of the liveliest and authentic neighborhoods in Lyon, at the heart of Croix-Rousse and 15 minutes walk, you will definitely enjoy the brightness, calm and comfort of this amazing 50 m² + 23 m² mezzanine Canut apartment with lovely bric-a-brac furniture and personal ethnic decoration.

It is on the 3rd floor without elevator.

You will enjoy a lovely living room with a sofa bed with a great open fully equipped kitchen and a 4-person dining table. You will find too a relaxing bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs on the mezzanine, you will have access to a great sleeping area with a 160*200 bed (ceiling height 1M70 and 1m40 at some spots).
You will find many travel books, even cooking ones so you can make great dinner inside the apartment.

This is a place made for relaxing and enjoying inner and outer trips :), and for a business trip too as it is very well equipped and easy to access to, or a romantic trip as well.

ATTENTION : the apartment is not equipped with a TV, and the stairs are not secured with a railing. If you travel with children, you must watch them at all times.

Equipments notices available in the top drawer next to the dishwasher.

WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a safe keybox. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 persons wish to use one double bed each. It costs 18€ for the use of the linen for the whole stay.
Example : if 2 persons wish to use the 2 double beds, the extra cost is 18€/stay.
