This beautiful, spacious, and bright renovated apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a secure building on Rue Monod in the 7th arrondissement of Lyon. Ideally situated for easy access to many of the city's key points of interest, with a direct metro line to Part-Dieu, just 18 minutes away.

The apartment comes fully equipped with brand new amenities:

A bright living area with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), a small coffee table, a TV, a storage closet, and a desk with a lamp.
A fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, oven, hood, induction cooktop, kettle, toaster, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. There is also a dining area with a table and chairs.
A glass-walled bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm), bedside tables, lamps, and a TV.
The bathroom features a sink with storage, a towel heater, a hairdryer, and a WC.
A washing machine, drying rack, iron, and vacuum cleaner.
The windows are equipped with manual shutters and non-blackout curtains.
A renovation was done in November 2024 .

The bed will be prepared according to the number of guests specified in your reservation.
1 bath towel per person per stay (please bring additional towels if needed).

Coffee capsules & tea bags provided for your arrival.
A few cleaning products.

## Neighborhood

The Gerland neighborhood, located in the 7th arrondissement of Lyon, is a dynamic area that has undergone significant transformations. Stade de Gerland: While no longer the primary stadium for Olympique Lyonnais after the construction of Groupama Stadium, it remains an iconic location, hosting various sports events and concerts.

From St Exupéry Airport: Take the Rhône Express to Part-Dieu, then transfer to metro line B towards St-Genis-Laval Hôp. Sud. Get off at "Stade de Gerland" or "Debourg" (5 minutes walk to the apartment).
