Our freshly renovated Lynn Haven Retreat offers 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy an ideal location near the bay, with short walking to the bay, parks, fishing, and restaurants. Our large yard allows for room for activities and even boat parking.

The Retreat has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We have 3 WiFi connected 4K LED Smart TVs. Guests have full use of the washer and dryer, Outdoor Blackstone Grill and blazing fast 200 Mgbs WiFi.

Pecan Angler's Retreat has central A/C and Heat.

Wake up feeling well-rested in one of our king/queen beds which all have high-end mattresses and microfiber sheets. We are fastidiously clean and neat and so is the house.



We aim to provide an impeccably functioning home that is superbly clean and well amenitized with everything you should need to unwind and relax.

- No smoking

- Well behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee. AirBnb only collects pet fees for the first pet, additional approved dogs will be an additional $75/pet charged post booking.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. There is a Ring doorbell security camera, located next to the front door facing out. It does not look into any interior spaces



Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.



Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors.



We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences.

We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.

We love to keep our property in pristine condition. In order to do so, we ask you to pick between two property protection options for your stay. A fully refundable security deposit of $499 or a damage waiver of $39. A link will be sent post-booking to complete.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests let themselves into the house via a Smart Lock and have no interaction with the owner. Owner available via cell for any questions during stay.
