„Horrendous. Oven was so dirty it couldn't be used. Room has one mug, one towel, one pillow - two of us staying. Dirty sponges left at the sink, clearly used multiple times. Bed was horrific, worst mattress I've ever slept on, very old, bed falling apart, not even a full size double. Husband and I are very average in size I had to try and sleep either end of the bed - didn't help due to the noise of other residents all night. Fridge not cleaned, food still in there from last person.Young men ...

„First of all, there was no staff or anyone to welcome you. We reserved a room with a private bath, and when we arrived we had been assigned a different room with no private bathroom. The shared bathroom available was filthy and the linoleum was coming off the floor. The bedroom was dirty as well and the beds were like cots, horrible mattresses. „Do not stay. No staff in property. Got passcode for a room that's different from my booking. Property was dirty and the room had someone else living there. I met people that rent one of the room for months (which was the room I was booked for), and told me the other room (that I got passcode for) also has a person living there for months. I had to find a different place to sleep urgently, and I'm trying to get refund.“
