„Lovely stay within walking distance to the beach and the bus stop. The bed was really comfortable and despite the heatwave, the room was quite cool - I appreciated that very much. The hotel clearly cares about their guests as I heard one employee asking another if all the rooms were stocked with water and they refilled my and others’ water bottles with cold water.“

„Ein wirklich tolles und etwas besonders Hotel. Wir mochten das Frühstück, es wurde frisch serviert und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!!“

„Great weekend stay, I would book again.“

„Property location was excellent less than 10 minutes walk into the town. Parling easy behind the property. Lyme Regis is hilly, plenty to do though.“

„The property was as in pictures apart from the entrance, which was around the back of the property on an uneven surface and up a steep metal wet staircase. Would suggest slated blinds as the sun makes the property very hot especially at the velux window above the sink. Overall, a pleasant stay in a lovely sea side town. “

„Clean, great location and as advertised. Comfy beds, nice furniture and good shower. One free car parking space at a car park 5 min walk away, the car park is otherwise very expensive. There was a fan thank goodness“

„The Apartment, was quiet and just the right size for one or two people to stay in. The town was walkable to the town, but it was the hills coming back up. There was no onsite parking and it was pop lucky if you got a space on the road.“

„We stayed here for a couple of nights on a short tour of the Jurassic Coast. The location is spectacular and you can almost step out onto the beach. There is a lovely bay window which you can sit in and watch the world go by listening to the sound of the waves. If only this had been a nice padded seat, I might not have wanted to leave. Parking is a bit of a problem in Lyme Regis but there was no noise from the restaurants below, which I thought might be a problem“

„Excellent location.“

„Fantastic apartment over looking the Cobb at Lyme Regis with free parking which is a bonus . Very comfy and clean Great communication throughout with owners“

„Amazing spot! lovely views.“

„Perfect all round, and the apartment has a great view.“

„An excellent property in very good condition with all the facilities that our small family required for a brilliant week in Lyme Regis. Thanks“

„This property is very hard to find as the address given 8A Coombe street is incorrect. It is down a back path behind other properties. It took 40mins & several calls to Sykes cottages to find it! There is a cat (not mentioned in booking blurb) who comes via a cat flap which can be locked which we did due to a cat allergy! Overall it is a little 'tired' but the decor is nice and amenities are good, everything you need. It does need a thorough clean of lamps, pictures etc and a good clean of ...

„Advertised having two bathrooms . It had 1 bathroom and a toilet with a very small sink.“

„Very clean comfortable stay. There was a keysafe at the property but you had to go to a different place to pick up and drop off the key which seemed odd. Parking was round the corner and down the hill.“

„Really good and a great welcome pack but the lack of shower gel was disappointing. The double bed was a little rickety.“
