Located in the heart of the Lussac Saint-Émilion appellation vineyards, the Ô Jamard gîte is next to Château Haut-Jamard, the wine estate owned by Carine and Olivier. Close to the famous medieval town of Saint-Émilion, the house is situated in the hamlet of Jamard, offering tranquility amidst the vines. Whether you're a wine lover or not, come and enjoy this renovated house with family or friends, featuring a private, enclosed garden. The gîte comprises, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a separate living room with a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm, accommodating up to two additional guests), a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), and a shower room/WC. Upstairs, there is a large master bedroom (double bed 140 x 200 cm) with its own en-suite shower room/WC, partially partitioned off, offering a pleasant view of the surrounding vineyards. The accommodation has gas heating (at an extra charge from January 1st to April 26th and from October 1st to December 31st). Electricity consumption beyond 8 kWh/day (billed based on meter reading) is not included. Wi-Fi internet access is available. For a truly relaxing stay, you can rent bed linen and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning (for a fee). Take advantage of your stay to visit the vineyard, discover the work involved in viticulture and winemaking, and enjoy a tasting with Olivier and Carine, the fourth generation of this passionate winemaking family.
