„This is a beautifully decorated hotel with stunning spacious rooms and bathrooms which are very luxurious. The beds are super comfortable and provide a fantastic nights sleep. The hotel is very close to a large mall so there are plenty of dining options but other places are also not very far away with a taxi. The beach and pool area is very nice However the service was a let down. We stayed over the Easter holidays and the hotel was clearly at full capacity but the staff could not cope. ...

„I had a wonderful stay at The OQ in Lusail. The hotel is brand new, and it truly reflects that with its elegant decoration and high-quality furniture. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hotel had a pleasant, refreshing scent throughout. The staff were friendly and cooperative, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The coffee machine in the room was not functioning, and even after the hotel replaced it, it still didn’t work properly. ...

"We as a family with an one 9 month old child were at this absolutely fantastic hotel. The rooms were elegant, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail carefully thought out. But what truly set this experience apart was the staff. I’ve rarely encountered such warm, genuine hospitality. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team – everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel more like friends than guests. Their natural friendliness and thoughtful service turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. If you’re looking for a hotel where luxury meets heart, this is the place. Highly recommended – and I’ll definitely be coming back! "
