In winter it was a bit cold even though every room has it's own air conditioning/heater.Giovanna, the host was very approachable and communicative. All in all, I can recommend this villa.“

„We had a group of 11 stay at Villa Mariani. The host Kim was fantastic as was Sylvia and the whole crew. The place is a fantastic sitting up in the hills overlooking the town of San Felice Circeo. The driveway getting up to the place gave us a little pause but once you are up there it’s unreal. I’d definitely get a car and Kim and team were great and had one delivered to us. „Das Haus war schön, es ist alles da was mach man braucht. Handtücher wurden auch bereit gestellt. Der pool war sehr toll. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß in dem pool. Der pool wird auch regelmäßig gereinigt. Das haus ist schwer zu finden wenn man google maps benutzt. Es ist wirklich zu empfehlen, die Beschreibung vom Vermieter zu nutzen die man vor Anreise bekommt. Mit dem Vermieter klappt die Kommunikation perfekt. Auf Nachrichten antwortet er sofort.
